Reo Musik was founded in 2006 by musician, songwriter and stage technician Chris Ritchie, while living in Toronto, Canada. It began as, and still is, an independent Canadian record label, dedicated to fostering the growth of new Canadian music.  Along the way it also became a home for like-minded creators, technicians, producers, engineers and emerging musicians, working together to build a broader and more inclusive music scene.
